NorthStar Business Aviation is a unique operation in that we own our own planes, our own hangars, our own departure lobby, even our own fuel depot. Everything needed to operate this business is under our control, allowing us to better accommodate the needs of our clients. We make ourselves completely available for our customers to maximize the quality of our service and to create premium advantages.

 

Our approach:

Deal directly with customers
We deal directly with our clients, cutting out unnecessary fees. We focus on the relationship between NorthStar and the customer, more importantly, the crew and the customer. We know how important it is to know and trust your pilots.

Base hourly rate
Our CJ base rate is among the most competitive in the light jet market. We have reduced our crew wait time fees and dropped the fuel surcharge. Only direct expenses related to the flight are added. (i.e. landing fees, ramp fees, de-icing, overnight crew expenses and crew wait time for any day that they are not flying.) These expenses are estimated for each quote, but billed at actual amounts

Charter Partners
If our aircraft does not meet your needs, we'll find one that will. Our charter partners operate planes ranging from a Cheyenne II to a Beech Jet 400A all the way up to a Challenger 604 and a Gulf Stream 450. Regardless of what plane you use, you are able to leave from our facility. The cost may vary based on the specific aircraft.

Tiered volume discounts
When cumulative flight time on our CJ for any calendar year exceeds:
• 40 hours, receive a 5% base rate discount for each hour over 40
• 80 hours, receive a 7.5% base rate discount for all hours over 80
• 120 hours, receive a 10% base rate discount for all hours over 120.

Aircraft Management
If your utilization exceeds 120 flight hours in a year, it may be more practical or practical to purchase your own aircraft. NorthStar can assist in the process. We can even make our pilots and mechanics available to you.
